Tips to manage stress in difficult situations




Feel stressed is something normal that can pass in our life and we can’t avoid that. For example, we can stress when we have a lot of things to do, or we’re having difficult situations in our houses. 


I’ ll be honest, get stress could be harmful for our health, and something very important that we need to know is how we can manage stressful situations. So I’ll show you some advicefor control that! 


  • Make a schedule
When you have a lot of things to do and you don’t know how to start, don’t be afraid. Make a schedule! It could sound dumb, but organize your activities is something that can help you so much. 


  • Disconnect 
Imagine that you feel stress and for relax you turn on the TV, but it shows you negative news and you start to feel more stress. For avoid that, I recommend you to disconnect from the world. Turn off the TV, don’t look at your cellphone. Try to keep calm and listen to music! 


  • Do relax activities for you
Something that can be useful for us, is doing relaxing activities, or in other phrases, activities that you like. You can dance, listen to music, read, or the activity that you like the most.


  • Do exercise
I know that it could be a little bit boring do exercise (specially if you don’t like this activity), but it can help you a lot to stay relax. Try doing exercise for at least 10 minutes every day, and you will be in calm.


  • Sleep at least 8 hours
“Wait, sleep can help you with the stress?” Yes! It sound unbelievable, but it’s true. After a difficult day, sleeping can help you a lot to feel so good again.

  • Say “No”
In some cases, when you are stress, people don’t take attention of that, and asks you a favor. Generally you say “Yes” for promise, but remember that you’re not a superhero. Adding more things to do don’t help you. Think in your health.
